Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 29, 2026
The short version: The Legend of Jūbee is a single-player game with no accounts and no online features. We don't collect your personal information, and your saves stay on your own device.
1. Who this covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Mariner Digital Agency ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the game The Legend of Jūbee: Stoogis's Revenge (the "Game") and this web page at marinerdigitalagency.com/the-legend-of-jubee (the "Site").
2. Information the Game collects
The Game is single-player and offline. It does not require an account, and it has no multiplayer, login, or cloud features.
- Save data (your run progress, unlocks, and settings) is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to it and it is not transmitted to us.
- We do not collect names, email addresses, payment details, location, contacts, or device identifiers.
- The Game does not show ads and does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
3. Information this Site collects
This page is a static website. We do not set tracking or advertising cookies on it.
- Web fonts: the page loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those files, per Google's Privacy Policy.
- Standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) may be recorded by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
4. Stores and platforms
The Game is distributed through third-party platforms — currently Steam (Valve Corporation) and Google Play (Google LLC). When you download, purchase, or run the Game through a platform, that platform collects and processes information under its own privacy policy, not this one:
- Steam — Valve Privacy Policy
- Google Play — Google Privacy Policy
We receive only aggregated, non-identifying sales and performance reports from these platforms. We do not receive your payment information.
5. Children's privacy
The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the Game collects no personal information from anyone, this is the case for all players.
6. Your rights
Because we do not collect or store your personal information, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. Your local save data is under your control and can be removed by deleting it on your device or uninstalling the Game. If you have questions or a privacy request — including rights under the GDPR or CCPA — contact us using the details below.
7. Changes to this policy
If the Game ever adds features that collect data (for example, optional analytics or online features), we will update this policy and revise the "Last updated" date above before that change takes effect.
