1. The game license

Mariner Digital Agency grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and play The Legend of Jūbee: Stoogis's Revenge (the "Game") for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with the rules of the store you obtained it from.

2. Store terms apply

The Game is sold and delivered through third-party platforms such as Steam and Google Play. Your purchase, billing, downloads, and refunds are governed by that platform's terms and refund policy. We are not the merchant of record for those transactions.

3. Intellectual property

The Game, including its code, art, characters, music, and the name "The Legend of Jūbee," is owned by Mariner Digital Agency and protected by copyright and other laws. Bundled typefaces (Cormorant Garamond, Montserrat, and Inter) are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. You may capture and share screenshots and video of your own play (for streaming, reviews, and similar non-commercial creator use); all other reproduction or redistribution requires our written permission.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't redistribute, resell, or repackage the Game or its files.
• Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Game except where that right cannot be restricted by law.
• Don't remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.

5. "As is" — no warranty

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mariner Digital Agency will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued play after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where your local consumer-protection laws provide otherwise.
